Return and Exchange Policy

We would love you to enjoy your Arboréa di Terra pieces. If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, please see our policy below:

• Quality Issues: If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing fault, we offer free returns within 7 days for UK orders. Please contact us with photos of the issue before returning.

• Change of Mind / Exchange: If you wish to return or exchange your item for reasons other than a fault (e.g. style, colour preference), return shipping costs will be at your expense.

• Condition of Returns: Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

• How to Return: Email us at contact@arboreaditerra.co.uk within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide return instructions.

Please note: Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns for worn earrings unless faulty.
